Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
TradeRank by Crowd is a product by WerKingDev. This policy explains what information the service uses and why.
Information we use
- Discord account data: When you sign in, Discord provides your account ID and profile name. The account ID is used to connect your votes across participating servers and the website. Profile names are used for the active website session and are not stored in the crowd identity table. For chart editing, Discord server membership and administrator permission for the selected server are checked during the session.
- Votes and nominations: We store a crowd account identifier, nominated market, vote stance, and UTC date. The public board displays aggregate vote counts and market symbols, not voter identities.
- Personal daily watch choice: If you select a market to watch from Discord, we store your crowd account identifier, selected market, and UTC date so the dashboard can remember your choice for that day. This choice is separate from a vote and does not change the shared ranking.
- Server configuration: For feeds, we store Discord server and channel IDs, the selected timezone, and the bot’s board message ID.
- Chart drawings and editor audit data: We store the server ID, ticker, drawing data, and Discord IDs of the people who created or changed drawings.
- Technical information: The service records operational errors needed to diagnose problems. Render and Better Stack may process connection and monitoring metadata when hosting or checking the service.
How we use information
We use it to sign users in, prevent duplicate daily votes and nominations, calculate the global ranking, remember your personal daily watch choice, deliver per-server board posts, restrict chart editing to server administrators, and maintain the service.
Service providers
- Discord provides sign-in and bot features.
- Supabase stores crowd ranking records, server configuration, and chart data.
- Google Gemini receives the question you submit, selected market context, supplied headlines, and follow-up context when AI assistance is enabled. Do not include sensitive personal information in an AI question.
- Yahoo Finance and Nasdaq receive ticker symbols and chart requests to return market data. QuickChart receives chart configuration and data when the service renders a chart image. These requests do not include your crowd account ID.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses essential, secure cookies for Discord OAuth state and sign-in sessions. OAuth state expires after about 10 minutes; sign-in sessions expire after about 8 hours and are held in service memory. The chart editor also stores interface preferences in your browser’s local storage. The app does not currently set advertising cookies.
Retention and requests
Crowd votes, nominations, personal daily watch choices, chart drawings, and server feed settings are stored in Supabase until they are deleted or the service removes them. The website does not currently offer a self-service account deletion button. To ask for access to or deletion of data associated with your account, email support.TradeRank@WerKingDev.com and include your Discord user ID so we can locate the records. We may retain limited information where necessary for security, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Security and changes
We use access controls and HTTPS to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee perfect security. We may update this policy when the service or its data practices change; the date at the top shows when it was last updated.
