TradeRank by Crowd is a product by WerKingDev. By using the TradeRank website or Discord application, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

TradeRank lets people nominate markets, cast daily bullish, bearish, or watching votes, choose a personal market to watch for the UTC day, view aggregate crowd rankings, use market charts, and configure a board feed for a Discord server. Vote totals are global across participating servers and the website. The service does not place, route, or execute trades.

Eligibility and Discord

You must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements and any higher minimum age required where you live. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s own terms and policies. You are responsible for having permission to use TradeRank in a Discord server and to edit that server’s drawings or feed settings.

Votes, nominations, and server content

• A Discord member has one active stance per market per UTC day; that stance may be changed during that day.
• An account may nominate the same market once per UTC day. Nominations and votes contribute to a shared ranking.
• A personal daily watch choice is stored for convenience and does not affect the shared ranking or other members’ choices.
• The public board shows market symbols and aggregate totals, not voter names.
• Do not manipulate rankings, submit unlawful or abusive content, interfere with the service, or try to access another server’s private drawings or settings.
• Drawings and feed settings are scoped to the Discord server that created them. Server administrators control who can edit that server’s drawings or move its dashboard feed.

Market information and AI

Charts, market data, crowd votes, and any AI-generated explanations may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are general information only—not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are responsible for your own decisions. Automatic market-wide discovery and big-move alerts are currently inactive.

Third-party services and availability

TradeRank relies on third-party services, including Discord, Supabase, market-data sources, and Google Gemini when AI assistance is enabled. Those services may change or become unavailable and may have their own terms. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of TradeRank to maintain or protect the service.

Disclaimer

TradeRank is provided without a promise that data, rankings, charts, or availability will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, WerKingDev is not responsible for losses arising from relying on market data, votes, charts, or AI responses. Nothing in these terms limits a right that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
